When I first Heiko and Selina in Kuala Lumpur sometime in October 2001, it never occurred to me that I would be attending their Releasing workshop. Being a curious creature by nature, I was intrigued and fascinated.

Attending their 3-day workshop at Magick River is one of the best decisions I made this year (its only February!!). I have nothing but praises for their work. Releasing has definitely made an immense impact on me and on the next phase of my life. It was all fantastic, wonderful, full of love and I am cherishing every moment.

Aspects of me that had been locked away or shut down has been re-opened and set free. I now approach new experiences / challenges as opportunities to learn and grow. Thank you for making me feel more empowered towards what next lies ahead. The connectivity and sheer joy that I felt is beyond words. I am ever so grateful for the privilege of attending the workshop.

I love the both of you and appreciate your joy, playfulness and love of life.
