Heiko & Selina Niedermeyer

Heiko has practiced and taught RELEASING for 16 years.

Selina met Heiko in Singapore early in 1999. She heard her first Releasing sentence in the first hour they sat down to chat over a drink.

However, she truly discovered the depth and profundity of the method when she and Heiko went on a Releasing Tour to Egypt. She was awed, amazed and deeply moved by the quick effectiveness of the technique when she observed the deep positive changes in the physical, mental and emotional states of the people around her who openly and willingly looked inwardly at themselves and with the help of each other, released the layers that were limiting them from experiencing their True Selves.

The joy and love that abounded in the people after their release were so great that Selina knew that this was the healing tool she had been searching for to improve the lives of people.

By Releasing daily, Selina discovered that the gastritis pains which she had periodically suffered from since she was a child, disappeared when she healed her childhood issues. Her relationships with members of her family and the world around her also underwent rapid positive changes as past hurts, old limiting mindsets and destructive patterns of behaviour were confronted and released. As the layers peeled away her natural intuitive gifts also quickly surfaced and grew and she could use them to be of greater service in a Releasing session with others.

Since then, Selina and Heiko have teamed up...in working together to conduct Releasing sessions and workshops, as artists...and in marriage!

Heiko and Selina have taught and practiced RELEASING together in workshops and individual sessions in Europe, Egypt, South America and South East Asia.

They have held consultations and teachings for doctors, psychotherapists and their patients, psychologists, teachers, healing practitioners, artists, musicians, people in the banking and corporate world as well as children.
